Quick and easy nachos.

Nachos! Who doesnt love nacho’s?

Quick and easy, that’s how I like to make my food. I am not a very good cook. I just do not have the patients to do it. My boyfriend is much better at it but he also doesn’t really like to do it.

My mother tried to teach me how to cook but she herself also does not like to do so… But hey, I am still alive so must do something right!

Let us get started with the recipe of the day: Nachos, or as I like to say Muchos, nachos!

Ingredients:

Cheese flavored tortilla chips
Paprika
Corn
Tomato (I like to use cherry tomato’s)
Union
Pull chicken (with our without a flavor)
Cheddar cheese
Cheese dipsaus / guacamole or seasonal dip (of you choosing)
Sour cream

Preparation:

Cut the paprika and the union in small cubes. Cut the tomato in half and remove the juice, than cut it in cubes as well. Put it all in a bowl and add the corn.
Grab your oven dish and grease it so that the tortilla’s wont stick to it once the go into the oven. When this is done, take the chips and spread it out over the bottom of you dish. I like to put my cheese dip over the chips. This is kinda hard to spread though but you have to try to even it out. On top of that spread out your veggies and pulled chicken. Your cheddar cheese goes on top of that and than it’s time for the oven!

Finishing touch:

Place your dish in the oven for approx. 10 to 15 minutes on 150 degrees / 302 Fahrenheit. Keep an eye on your cheese, if it’s melted than you’re good to go.

Finish off with some sour cream blobs and enjoy!
